We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, farm details, and any data you enter into the platform (animals, health records, financial data). We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to improve the service.
We use your information solely to provide and improve LivestockPro. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your farm data for advertising. We use payment information only to process your subscription via Paddle.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Farm data is isolated per tenant — no other user can access your farm's records. Uploaded photos are stored in private cloud storage.
We use essential cookies only: session cookies to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie to remember your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can export all your data at any time using the Export feature. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger Zone. For any data requests, contact us at privacy@synclivestock.com.
